“Overall we had a solid Champion Power Equipment Ford F-150. All weekend really, we just weren’t a race winning truck. It’s a lot about track position here, and gutsy restarts. If we were able to steal some track position, I think we could have held them off, but that’s about all we had. What a great day for ThorSport Racing though – all four of our Fords were in the top six. It means a lot that Duke and Rhonda Thorson allow us to come out here and do this. They got one locked into the Playoffs now, so that’s good. Congrats to our teammate, Johnny Sauter. Hopefully, we can lock another one in next week at Kansas.”
